Galileo's Gatekeepers

Dedicated to all those that would silence new thoughts and ideas.

In the last few years, I have had the opportunity to interact with the academic community of America.  I have found them arrogant, rude, inconsiderate and generally of closed mind.  The "ivory tower syndrome" seems to dominate their existence, apparently because they think they are somehow better than the common masses who must worship at their feet.  In many ways, the academic community has taken over the role of the Catholic Church of a few hundred years ago in restraining new thoughts and ideas.  Galileo was sentenced to house arrest for proclaiming that the Earth was not the center of everything, and was actually orbiting our sun.  I imagine there must have been someone standing there at his gate, keeping him from leaving and speaking these new ideas.  To all of those people, I dedicate this club!

I guess, in some ways, I must know how Galileo felt.  I have tried to proclaim that the cosmos is infinite and that the single big bang model now being preached is not even a possible model of creation, once one begins to understand the workings and constraints of nature.  In an infinite cosmos, there is no center and therefore, we can't be there.  One never hears a proponent of the single big bang model pronounce the cosmos 13 billion years in one direction, but 15 billion in another.  It is always the same number and that implies that we are at the center of something.  The evidence clearly shows that we are not at the center of anything.

I have tried for years to get any scientist to discuss this important issue with me, and mostly they won't even express an opinion.  This is the reason I have started the Galileo's Gatekeeper Club.  For all those that I feel are holding back human progress, I have taken the liberty of placing their names in this most "prestigious" club.  I am the only one that can add a name or take a name away, although I am certainly open to suggestions.  But to get your name removed from the Galileo's Gatekeepers Club, you must submit to me one of the following:

An argument for or against an infinite cosmos

or

Assuming the present single big bang model, you must submit an argument if this model implies an infinite or finite cosmos.

This past year, after the death of my son, I decided to apply to graduate school to try to learn how to publish papers and to have an opportunity to argue my ideas before the academic community.  After researching the issue, I found that each school charged from $40 to $75 just to apply.  Having spent all my time studying philosophy, I had no money, so I borrowed some from my brother and applied to three institutions.  These were Syracuse, the University of Arizona, and the University of California at Berkeley.  I was turned down by each of these institutions, yet I think the issue of an infinite cosmos is one of most important issues of our time, not to mention the value of the gravionic model of physical systems.  Each member of the philosophy department of these universities has now been inducted into the Galileo's Gatekeepers Club.  I challenge each and every person of any department to meet me in public debate over the issue of an infinite cosmos and whether the single big bang model that is currently proposed can possibly be correct.  The model states that everything there every was, came from nothing 13 billion years ago and all that was created in this event has been expanding outward ever since.  There is a single event and a single expansion rate which has an edge by all accounts.  This model implies a finite cosmos to me, since any set that has a boundary is a closed set and thus finite.

More names will be added as time permits.  If anyone wants to debate me, then e-mail me at mike@micromike.com

NASA and Frass Meteorite "Experts" that have rejected the Frass Meteorite as being from Mars.

David Black,

the head of the Lunar and Planetary Institute, broke his promise to meet me and review my meteorite.  I talked to him on the phone and made an appointment.  After driving all the way from Amarillo to Houston Texas, Dr. Black refused to even show up for work and broke his promise to look at my meteorite.  To this day, he will not answer my letters.

Alan Treiman

took over the investigation of the Frass Meteorite, when Buck Sharpton left for Alaska. He promised to give me a fair hearing.  His report falsified the evidence, misstated the facts, and broke every rule of logical thought, in his effort to suppress the study of the Frass Meteorite.  He has kept all of the samples that I sent to him.

Buck Sharpton

was appointed by a Congressional Oversight Committee, after I wrote many letters to Congressman, Senators, The President, and Daniel Goldin at NASA.  After spending many months reviewing the evidence and preparing for the additional tests that I have requested, Buck "left town" and moved to Alaska.  He didn't even give me his e-mail address so that I could contact him.  All of the efforts were wasted, as Alan Treiman never looked at the letters I had written to Buck.  See www.marsrock.org for more information.  Alan Treiman has the samples that I sent to Buck.

Jamie Gleason

agreed to continue reviewing the evidence of the Frass Meteorite, if I would prove that the Frass Meteorite didn't come from any local volcanoes.  After I was able to prove this, Jamie still wouldn't continue the investigation.  He still has the samples that I sent to him.

David Kring

was the first researcher that I met in person and who was able to view a small sample of the Frass Meteorite.  I made the mistake of telling him that the "rules" for finding a meteorite were incorrectly written, as they didn't allow for newly created material from planetary bodies, like Mars.  I didn't realize that Dr. Kring had "written" the rules and apparently he decided he didn't like me.  Since that time, Dr. Kring and all of his compatriots have done everything in their power to stand in the way of an honest evaluation of the Frass Meteorite.  I don't know if it is pride or money that motivates them, but it is not an open search for the truth.  He still has the samples that I sent to him.

Daniel Goldin

is the head of NASA.  I have written him numerous times and he won't answer my e-mail.  His flunkies write back and say that they won't consider the Frass Meteorite until I can publish results in a "prestigious" magazine.  If I can't get any scientists to study the meteorite, then how could I get an article published in the magazines they control?

Michael Zolensky

was the first person who received a sample of the Frass Meteorite.  He asked for a piece of the fusion crust, so I took a little piece and sent it to him.  Since he had never seen this type of meteorite, he decided that it wasn't melted enough to be a meteorite, so that is what he said.  Once he gave his opinion, he would never go back and examine the evidence that came out much later.  He is best friends with David Kring and Alan Treiman.  He is the only one to send his sample back to me.

Hap McSween

was associated with the Mars project and appeared on TV during the Pathfinder Mission.  Hap agreed to help me, but to this day, will not look at all of the new evidence I have accumulated.  He still has his sample.

Ron Balke

is another scientist that made a very quick opinion of the Frass Meteorite and then would never change it, despite the evidence.  Also, Dr. Balke sent a sample to a geologist friend, who analyzed the sample and said that even though it was melted, it was probably just dug up by an animal (who apparently moved it to it's landing site).  I have asked repeatedly to be able to speak to the geologist, but Dr. Balke will not answer my e-mail.  He still has his sample of the Frass Meteorite.

Christopher Romanek

was on the original team that reported possible Martian life in a very old Martian meteorite.  I contacted him and showed him the meteorite and he agreed to perform an oxygen isotope ratio test, which would prove/disprove Martian origin.  Even though this promise was made over three years ago, he has still not performed the test.  He has kept his sample.

Louis Friedman

is the head of the Planetary Society.  They are very big on Mars, and so I thought they would be glad to help me, since I have a piece of Mars.  Even though I have written numerous letters, they won't even answer me.  They haven't received a sample yet.

Daryl Adams

Is the only researcher currently working on the Frass Meteorite.  He has been very skeptical,  he has been the most honest and open, yet I now think he is a part of any conspiracy.  He is a biologist and is being mislead by his geologist friends, who apparently have been contacted by the Kring/Treiman/Zolensky group, since the geologist received his sample of the Frass Meteorite from an anonymous source.  I'm the only one who has the meteorite and I'm the only one who has given out samples.  So where did this anonymous geologist get his sample?  Dr. Adams has sent back some of the samples, but still has other samples.   Dr. Adams is the first person to actually help me and he is responsible for the electron micrographs of the "Spidy" creature.  If you believe the evidence I have accumulated means the Frass Meteorite is from Mars, please take the time and write or call Dr. Adams and ask him to continue his research. www.marslife.com  www.marsmeteorite.com  www.thegravitystore.com  mike@micromike.com

Bob Reed and James Hunt of KGNC radio in Amarillo

These gentlemen have seen the Frass Meteorite and all the evidence associated with it's fall on my great aunt's ranch.  Despite saying they would help me, they haven't and they won't even answer my e-mail.  I don't know how someone can be on the radio and apparently be interested in the truth, yet not even spend a moment to discuss this important find.  They have constantly spent time on subjects that seem far less important than the life of Mars.
